It&#8217;s a superpower"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>There are words that sound harsh but carry an entire philosophy. Pohuyism is one of them. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most people hear this word and think: indifference. Passivity. &#8220;I don&#8217;t care about anything.&#8221; But that&#8217;s the most common misunderstanding. True pohuyism isn&#8217;t about feeling nothing. It&#8217;s about <strong>consciously choosing what to spend your energy on.<\/strong>     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why the world wants you to worry about everything<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">News, social media, other people&#8217;s opinions, comments from strangers online, fear of judgment, anxiety about the future\u2014all of this demands your attention. Every second. And if you give it everything\u2014you have nothing left for what truly matters.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your attention is a resource. Limited, non-renewable, valuable. And everyone who wants to irritate you, upset you, scare you, or make you justify yourself\u2014takes a piece of that resource. For free.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pohuyism as practice: what it really is<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imagine a person walking down the street in the rain without an umbrella. One person panics, curses, ruins their mood for the whole day. Another\u2014just walks. Got wet? Yes. But calm.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn&#8217;t indifference to the rain. It&#8217;s understanding that panic won&#8217;t stop the rain\u2014but it will definitely ruin your mood. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">True pohuyism is <strong>three things at once:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A filter.<\/strong>  You decide what deserves your reaction and what doesn&#8217;t. Someone&#8217;s opinion about your clothes? Pohuy. A toxic comment online? Pohuy. Betrayal by someone close? That&#8217;s important\u2014and you feel it.      <\/li>\n<li><strong>Calm under pressure.<\/strong>  When there&#8217;s chaos around you\u2014you don&#8217;t disappear into it. You remain yourself. This isn&#8217;t coldness, it&#8217;s resilience.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Freeing up resources.<\/strong>  Everything you don&#8217;t spend on the unnecessary\u2014goes to what matters. Your goals, your people, your life. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pohuyism and responsibility aren&#8217;t opposites<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s important not to confuse this. Pohuyism isn&#8217;t permission to ignore what&#8217;s important. It&#8217;s not &#8220;I don&#8217;t give a pohuy about work, relationships, health.&#8221; It&#8217;s not an excuse for irresponsibility.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the contrary. When you stop spending yourself on trivial things\u2014you have more strength for what truly matters. A pohuyist is someone who <em>knows very well what&#8217;s important to them<\/em>. And protects it. From everything unnecessary.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to practice pohuyism daily<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There&#8217;s no magic pill. But there are simple questions that help: <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Will this change my life in a year?<\/strong>  If not\u2014maybe it&#8217;s not worth reacting so strongly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Who is this person to determine my mood?<\/strong>  A stranger on the internet? A colleague you barely know? Seriously?  <\/li>\n<li><strong>What do I lose by reacting to this?<\/strong>  Time, energy, peace. Is it worth it? <\/li>\n<li><strong>What truly matters to me right now?<\/strong>  And does this reaction bring me closer to it\u2014or the opposite?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A reminder that&#8217;s always with you<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s why POHUY exists\u2014as a brand and as a reminder.
