Basic Definitions
User – an individual, a visitor to the website https://pohuy.com.ua, who accepts the terms of the agreement and wishes to place an order on the website https://pohuy.com.ua.
Buyer – a user who has placed an order on the website https://pohuy.com.ua for the purpose of purchasing goods listed on the website https://pohuy.com.ua.
Seller – individual entrepreneur Makhonina Valentyna Serhiivna, TIN 3155002728.
Date and number of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs regarding state registration: February 26, 2025, 2010350000000734831.

The Seller is a single tax payer of group 2, not a VAT payer.
Goods are sold from the Seller’s warehouse in Kyiv.

Goods – clothing, accessories, and other items offered for sale on the Seller’s Website.
Order – a request placed through the shopping cart by the buyer for the purchase and delivery to the address specified by the buyer of goods selected on the website https://pohuy.com.ua.

Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller sells goods through the online store at https://pohuy.com.ua.
2.2. By ordering goods through the website, the user agrees to the terms of sale of goods set out below. In case of disagreement, the User is obliged to stop using the service and leave the website https://pohuy.com.ua.
2.3. These terms of sale of goods, as well as information about the goods presented on the website, constitute a public offer in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2.4. These terms may be changed by the Seller unilaterally without prior notice to the User/Buyer. The new version of the Terms comes into effect upon its publication on the website, unless otherwise provided.
2.5. Acceptance of this Offer comes into effect upon the Seller sending the buyer an electronic confirmation of order acceptance when the buyer places an order on the website https://pohuy.com.ua.
2.6. The contract for the sale of goods is considered concluded upon the Seller issuing the buyer a fiscal receipt confirming payment for the goods.
2.7. By providing the Seller with their email, phone number, and delivery address, the buyer consents to the use of these means of communication by the Seller, as well as by third parties engaged by the Seller to fulfill obligations to the buyer, for the purpose of sending promotional and informational mailings containing information about discounts, upcoming and current promotions and other events of the Seller, about the transfer of the order for delivery, as well as other information directly related to the fulfillment of obligations by the buyer within the framework of this public offer.
