Delivery Policy

1. The product is delivered by a postal operator in the form of a postal shipment with payment on the site’s payment page by bank card.

Delivery methods: shipment by Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta for delivery within Ukraine and worldwide. Specific delivery times can be agreed upon by the buyer with the manager during order confirmation.

3. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the product passes to the buyer from the moment the order is handed over to them and the recipient signs the documents confirming delivery of the order.

4. The delivery cost of each order is paid by the buyer.

5. The seller’s obligation to transfer the product to the buyer is considered fulfilled at the moment the buyer receives the shipment; this moment is determined in accordance with the current postal service rules.

6. When accepting the order, the buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered product and check it for compliance with the stated quality, assortment, and completeness of the product, as well as check the shelf life of the delivered product and the integrity of the packaging.

7. You can clarify the date, time, and, if necessary, delivery route with the manager who contacts the buyer to confirm the order.

8. The user understands and agrees that: delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the product, the performance of which ends at the moment the recipient receives the product and makes payment for it. Claims regarding the quality of the purchased product that arise after receiving and paying for the product are considered in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the seller’s warranty obligations. In this regard, purchasing a product with delivery does not give the buyer the right to demand delivery of the purchased product for warranty service or replacement, does not provide the opportunity to perform warranty service or product replacement by visiting the buyer, and does not imply the possibility of refunding the product delivery cost in cases where the buyer has the right to a refund for the product itself, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

9. All products purchased by the buyer on the site and shipped outside Ukraine may be subject to import taxes, fees, VAT, and import restrictions in the recipient country specified by the buyer, the payment of which is the buyer’s personal responsibility and their amount cannot be fully or partially compensated by the seller or calculated in advance on the website https://pohuy.com.ua.

10. If the model or size does not fit the buyer, they can return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. For an exchange, the product must be provided in its original condition: without damage or signs of use, with original labels and tags. The rules for exchanging products purchased in the online store https://pohuy.com.ua are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. The seller reserves the right not to accept the product if its condition differs from that in which the buyer received it. To support our position, we always send photos showing the discrepancy. The seller emphasizes that product categories such as socks, underwear, and swimwear are not subject to exchange. In case of an exchange, the buyer pays for return delivery. However, if the product was the wrong size during the initial shipment or the company manager recommended the wrong size, then the brand pays for delivery.
